Biography
Ludovica Chiussi Curzi (PhD, University of Oslo; University of Bologna) is Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Bologna, Department of Legal Studies. She has been a Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge (UK), the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, Columbia University (New York), and Sciences Po Law School (Paris).
She serves as Expert to the Office of the State Attorney of the Republic of Italy in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and in investor–State arbitration, and regularly acts as counsel before international courts and tribunals.
Ludovica is a member of the International Law Association Committee on Business and Human Rights and has published extensively across several fields of international law, including international human rights law, international environmental law, international investment law, and business and human rights.
